Have one person hold the bulb and 4 people turn the car. sorry, Reach up underneath, turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and it will come out of the light assembly. Remove the bulb from the socket.

he obviously does not have his FSM yet or he'd know that someone had to hold the bulb.
I just tried reaching from underneath, it won't work, the Borla mufflers are too bulky.
I think I'll try taking the wheel well off, probably easier than going thru the tail lights.
Anyway, I have plenty of time, I won't be using it till the weather gets nicer.
Thanks for the input.

There are just a handfull of Torx bolts that hold the rear inter wheelwell in place. Remove your rear tire & the plastic inter wheelwell and you should have unobstructed access to the side marker light assembly.
If you remove the lower three torx screws from the rear section of the wheel well you can flex the bottom quarter panel out a few inches and access the bulb socket from below. I have borlas on my '84 and have done it, although YMMV.

Thanks, I’ll either try that or take off the wheel well.
Right now my Vettes are sleeping in my garage and there is snow on the ground.
So this is on my list of things to do when the weather gets a little warmer.
