I'm not having any problems or anything, but I was just wondering how much more horsepower I can add before I have to replace my fuel pump.
My best guess is that I'm at about 360 HP without my 100hp shot of Nitrous and I really don't want to run lean while I'm using the nitrous so before I'm trying to figure out when in my scheme of new parts the fuel pump should be replaced.
I think you're at the limit even without hitting the nitrous.
Stock fuel pump is probably only good for 375-400hp before it'll run out. I suggest you look at the Walbro 255 lph hi-flow fuel pump. It should only cost about $100-$125 and you can do the upgrade yourself. (Thing the model number is Walbro 340 hi-flow)
P.S. I read somewhere that the stock fuel pump can only flow about 80-90 lph as a comparision.
is there a pump good for up to 800HP so I can build to the future if I ever decide to do something really big. (like my dream supercharged low compression 396 stroker)
Nothing I'm aware of for 800hp on an intank one. I think the Warlbro is probably the largest stock replacement pump you can get (good for 500-600hp). After that you'll need to get an in-line pump. I think Aeromotive builds in-line pumps good for 1100hp or more.
Of course when you get there think about the limitations on the fuel lines, rails and fuel pump to name some problems.

hhmmmmmmmmm, good point, I guess I'll look into the Walbro for now and add another later if needed. Know anybody that sells them. I tried doing a search on Yahoo, and it didn't turn up much.
