I went with the coated tpis longtubes. I hope they help my L98 breath a bit more. With the stock exhaust and a low tps reading (.32) my car dynoed at 281 and 337. My best time currently is a 13.0 at 113 with a 2.2 60'....bald gsc's..... :smash:
Any tips on the install? I'll have a few of the accesories off in order to change a water pump.....so maybe it won't be so bad. I also plan on eliminated the main cat as well. This better put me in the 12's even with worn street tires :yesnod:
To install my headers I only had to remove one 45* brace on the passenger side. The drivers' side slid right up into place w/o effort. Just make sure nothing is near them (like a damn bolt :mad ) that could dig into them. :yesnod:

I read your post...that sucks.....I'll be sure to double check clearances! I believe your ac compressor is a little different from mine which would make it a tad easier to get to the front header bolts. I imagine I'll do the install this saturday.
Let me know if you need a hand... heh! I wouldn't mind seeing that super-ram again! Thanks for the ride the other day, you definitely made an impression on me. I gotta get a vette now....
