got my first vette got a question?

Love the car.tranny leaked, shaft seal did it my self after reading directions in this forum. Now the car starts up runs great built 350 but some times when I shut it off it wont start untill it sits 10 min. Anyone got any ideas? 87 built a bit about 350 HP.

Cranks over good. Thought fuel Gage was wrong put plenty of gas in it. Wont fire or trys to but wont start until it sits.

Hard to make an educated guess on such limited information, but essentially this is Engines 101. You need fuel, and you need spark. You aren't getting one or the other. I would tend to think it is a fuel issue since it starts up after 10 mins... How does it start when cold? Do you have good fuel pressure? We could go on and on...
