How many body mounts on 1995 C-4 and where are they located?

Body mounts? The C4 is a unitized body and frame with most of the external skin panels bonded on. No separate frame.

Only bonded panel is the rear quarters and part of the rear deck area(gas filler door area). One big piece.

The rest bolt on in some way or another.

Same concept is in the C5 and up.
Chassis with panels merely hiding it.
Suspension and drive line are one assembly that bolts to the chassis. At least at the factory this is the way they are assembled.

The firewall and front half of the floor pan are also permanently bonded on
