Z06 Style Grilles for C4
I'd like to replace the fog lights in my '93 with Z06 style grilles.
Does anyone know if these are available or has anyone fabricated
these for their car?

I asked this question before, and got talked out of it. Im glad I did, because after realy studying the Z06 screens, I dont think it would look all that great. Be my guest to prove me wrong though.:)

Why were you talked out of them? Personally, I think they look pretty cool, however, more importantly, I think that there may be some real benefit in getting cooler air into the intake. I've already opened the air cleaner lid, but the engine is suckin' hot underhood air, or bottom air coming off our hot Florida pavement.
I would NOT fabricate something using chicken wire. If I were to do this,
I'd probably use a high quality stainless mesh. In addition to the Z06, I've seen this on the Jaguar Silverstone or XKR -- not sure which one.
The only problems I could see funtionally would be possible water in the intake, but the Z06 takes the same risk. Also, I realize that the whole front bumper would have to come off to do the install.
