If it were me, I'd look at salvage yards and/or Ebay for a used TB assembly. If you have any "Pick 'n Pull's" in your area, go look there to find a spring. You'll need to pull the throttle plates off the shaft and remove the shaft from the housing to get the spring off.
I will see what I can find. There are a few here, but they dont have much of anything performance car wise. It is all picked clean, put in race cars, trucks, etc.
