turn signal stuck on fast

Essentially it is like there is a bulb out on each side. But there is not. I can hear the relay ticking fast.
I work a lot and haven't had a chance to look at it. Was wondering on where I should start.
Im thinking relay.

What happens with 4 - ways? If it seems functional with the 4 - ways then I'd do a flasher just to do it! You actually could have a bad socket or maybe just poor contacts in sockets. I'd consider cleaning all of the dried out lubricant in the sockets and replace the bulbs as just a form of maintenance. If you've mixed LL (long life) bulbs with a mix of just what was there it might create an issue. Make all of the bulbs match if you're replacing them.
