Default 1985 Corvette Updates

I know this has been asked before, I am finishing up some updates to my vet. I did a new

Fuel pump
Fuel sending unit
Bosch III Injectors
Line Lock
electric exhaust Cut Outs
K&N Filter
New plugs (e3)
new wires
EGR valve and cyln

It also has a new
water pump, O2 pump elim, Ac Elim, fuel filter,

I am toying with the idea of NOS (maybe a 75 shot) i have hears all the "you'll shoot your eye out" warning.

I am looking for advice right from the horses mouth, other than the mods above its a bone stocker with about 110,000 miles on it

Will a 75 -125 NOS kit be worth the fun at the strip and showing off? I dont want to blow it up. Thoughts Please

I have run 100hp shot on mine dozens of times. Pulled the heads, pistons are fine. I did run forged pistons though. Biggest problem with NOS, is running out of fuel. If you have good fuel supply, you wont damage it. IMO, NOS is safer on your engine than boost. Just easier to get tired of 100hp and want more.

I have heard that is a fuel pressure safety switch a safe bet? i hear the lower half of a 85 is pretty stout

I have been working on adding nitrous to my car for longer than I care to admit. Hope to complete it this summer and if I do I will post results.

The '85 is about as stout as you get from the factory, and as far as I know is the last time Corvette had an NA engine with forged pistons. I am planning on going big with a 175 shot but that is with a custom dry setup plus E85 so I wouldn't recommend that on a stock car.
