Another thing. All this didnt start happening untill i changed the fuel filter
A fuel filter is less than $10. You could have gotten a dud, it does happen sometimes. I would triple check that the fuel filter is in the right way, than buy a new one and see what happens.
I'm no expert at all so this might be stupid, but theoretically swapping the fuel filter could get air stuck in your gas lines right?
Depending on how you swapped the filter, did you use anything to plug the lines which could have left debris in them?

I changed the plugs friday and drove around with the cap un screwed a little bit. It ran like a champ like it was suppose to all friday night and all saturday till late last night and this morning. Started doing it all over again. I know my valve seals are leaky, after it boggs/stalls out it smells like straight oil. I wounder if the valve seals are to the point to where it is fouling out the plugs and it not getting spark. Whatcha think?
Eliminating all the known problems may help before throwing parts at it. You may be onto something. Car is also fine until you put it in driver where the fuel demands increase far beyond just idle. If they are the stock injectors, they aren't praised for their bullet proof operation. Check them out as well.

how bout the cat, it could be blocking after the car is up to temp
The Cat is cleared out. and I just found the issue today.. One of the spark plug wires has a divet in the coating and i seen when it was dark out when it was acting up it the spark was jumping from the wire to the cylinder head. Moved the wires and electrical taped the divet in the wire and it ran fine. New plug wires are ordered.
