Need help with DTC P0118, P1115
I have trouble codes Po118 and P1115, I know they are for the engine coolant temp sensor and I have the FSM but I dont really understand how to fix it. I just got done replacing my waterpump so I had lot of things unplugged and/or removed. I transferred the sensor from the old pump to the new pump and put everything back together. Car runs great but then the light came. So I dont know if I could have damaged anything while changing out the water pump or if the sensor is bad. I did not have any codes prior to changing out the pump. I also changed the thermostat, plugs and wires. Just hoping that there is an easy solution before I go any deeper. Since I had the battery out and disconnected all those wires and sensors does anything need to be reset? hopefully someone out there has dealt with these codes before. I have to get the car emissions tested so I know it wont pass until I fix this. Its so nice out and I have waited all winter and now this. typical. Thanks guys
