question about G92 option
i was bored at work today and decided to flush my gear fluid. while doing this, i wanted to make sure my gear ratio was indeed 2.59. so i did the driveshaft trick and rotated my rear wheels 1 full turn. well, my driveshaft turned over 3 times! not believing this, i checked my center console option sheet, and there it was :G92. i dont know how i overlooked this important option, but i did. anyway, to my question : what exactly does this option include and does this mean i have the Dana 44 instead of the 36? the car is an automatic. thanks

Automatics have the Dana 36 G92 RPO is simply stating performance ratio. There should also be another RPO you'll need to identify the exact rear. Here are the codes.
GM1 Rear axle 2,59 ratio
GM3 Rear axle 3,45 ratio
GT7 Rear axle 3,33 ratio
GU2 Rear axle 2,73 ratio
GW4 Rear axle 3,31 ratio
GH0 Rear axle 3,54 ratio
G44 Rear axle 3,07 ratio
