I got a new one!!!

My 86 will take 3 attemts to start if the outside temp is below 75 or 80, but if it's 80 or above, it starts immediately.
I can hardly get the starter to spin and the engine is running.
I haven't done anything yet, but here are my thoughts on this:
1. engine coolant temp sensor is no good
2. fuel pressure regulator leaks down when the temp falls off
3. I think my EGR valve is stuck open because when idling cold, the EGR pipe is hot no matter what the outside temp is. It idles pretty smooth though.
A. I put a fuel pressure gauge on it after running, and the pressure falls off maybe 15 PSI immediately, but holds at 25-30 PSI for hours.
B. The engine will flood and miss after it starts if I put my foot on the gas when cold cranking.
If I just try to spin it 3 times with no gas pedal input, when it starts, it just runs.
It's a 383 with an edelbrock throttlebody and pertronics coil with a Holly fuel regulator and Bosch 3 injectors, a 1987 corvette factory computer chip,
The thermo switch will not turn on if the coolant temperature is over 95°. It only turns on while the engine is cranking (it's connected to the starter). It times out after 8 seconds and will then turn off.

Remember, this is arizona, and now, the temps are not going to fall lower than 89 degrees for about 6 months, so I shouldn't get a cold start anything.
I forgot to mention that the outside air temp readout will be off when I first start it up. if it is like 80, it will read around 63 degrees. in about 3 or 4 minutes it will read correctly,
and If I listen to the radio, usually the temp they say it is will usually be 3 or so degrees within the display in the car after it self corrects.
Also, the engine seems to run a lot better around 190 or 200 degrees.
