Plug below the throttle body???

Plug below the throttle body???
On a 86 auto z51. Can some one tell me what the plug below the throttle body and the IAC is? It looks like it plugs into the block it has a green ring around it and it has 2 prongs to plug in. I just found my with the wire cut. Thanks Ron

There is a couple sensors down there. One is for the cold start injector, That one wont trow a code. That is the one on the drivers side. There is one more down there and i forgot what that one is for.

There are 2 coolant temp sensors on the front of the intake manifold, right next to each other. The one with the injector-style plug is the cold start sensor, and the other one is the one that the ECM uses.
