'94 coupe, I took radiator out and cleaned, reassembled, started car, all is good. Used a rag when bleeding cooling system. Might not have gotten it all. Came down an hour later, crank no start. OPTI DUMMY! But wait, pulled codes, code 16, cleared codes, code 16 reset. Problem with the low res signal. BTW I have an FSM. Followed FSM, disconnected test connector, turned key on, tested low res point, got .003 volts. Bad ground or bad PCM. In fact with the key on, I got no real reading on ANY of the contacts on the test connector.
HHHOOOKKKK, somewhat out of my element with electronic systems, so bear with me. The next step is....
1. pull the 32 pin connector out of the pcm and measure volts directly from the PCM on pin 2? or...
