Carpet Glue (revisit)

Well the Spray adhesive is not working.. I need something better..

Jeff,
I used regular RTV on my carpet to attach it to the plastic backing on the tunnel area. Worked great! I prefer the Mega Black or the Ultra Grey stuff, each seams to be thicker than the regular black stuff.

See my reply on that original thread (or my web site below). The 3m Fast Tack Trim adhesive is what worked, and worked well for me. That 3m spray adhesive wasn't thick enough, and my first attempt at glueing the carpets on the upside-down knee panels failed - they fell off on the first hot day. The oringinal carpets are also stapled on. I bought 1/4" staples, and put some of those in as well.
