Default 1988 wheel replacement

Will these wheels fit my 88 or is there going to be a rubbing problems if they well fit what size tires

Z06 factory wheels off of a 2001 Z06

Front Size - 17x9.5

Front Offset - +54mm

Front Back Spacing - 7.38" (187.35mm)

Rear Size - 18x10.5

Rear Offset - +58mm

Rear Back Spacing - 8.03" (204.05mm)

Bolt Pattern - 5x120.7

Fitment - 2001-2004

Material - Alloy

Finish - Brushed Aluminum

The 275/40 for the fronts and a 275/35 for the rears keep the tires I believe close enough in diameter to satisfy the ABS requirements. There's a wide variety of the 275/40 and the 275/35 so "brand" matching shouldn't be an issue and fit I'd say should be acceptable.

Thank you for the reply I am looking into these he only wants 300.00 for the set. I well use them for autocross only. I really like my 16 in OEM wheels.

In your opinion...how would the 285/35 work out in the rear? I'm asking b/c tire rack suggests that the 285/35 was tested for proper fitment on a 10" wheel.

You would/should have no issues! There's a suggested/ideal rim width for each tire size BUT there's also "acceptable" rim widths mentioned for each. It's generally accepted that a person should towards maybe the mean average of the accepted or perhaps the suggested/ideal rather than the extremes.

Look at those crazy import guys and their tire/wheel choices! WOW!
