heater issue
I put on the heater on Saturday night and noticed that cold/cool air was coming out of the vent. I raised the temperature to 28C and then it was hot air. Any ideas?

Sounds like you have the C68 (electronic) HVAC system.
The system doesn't care what mode you have it in (that just determines where the air comes out). The temperature of the air is controlled by the temperature you set on the HVAC controller.
