Put your Corvette Caps on and help please
OK here is my problem what i have done and what i need . I have an 87 C4 May have been a flood victim not sure but the dash workes the idiot lights etc etc so doubtful i bought the car in NON running condition built a 434 engine mods to tpi manifold big tubes 58 mil plate 36 lb injectors headers with flow master system . but that is not inportant i have not been able to get my ECM to flash code 12 . I have tryed every trick from the books checked ground good traced B wire to ecm harness good i used the factory Mem cal or Emulation wont work finaly replaced ECM with junkyard 7165 and Same problem all my sensors seem to have locked voltage tps 5 volts Mas .5 volts checked the grounds under the car all mine are attached to the middle bell bolt tight with ground cable from battery and a frame ground strap i even dislocated the ecm from both connectors Light goes out . Starting to get NUTS here . 
Any one any ideas ?? all will be looked at and appreciated thanks Rob. if this is wrong area forgive me i was not sure so i put my request in both
Even a new diagnostic trick ? Ill try anything been working on this for a good 2 weeks
