I have a 1989 c4 coupe. The left front caliper won't release (is sticking) when I release the break pedal ( I discovered this problem when I noticed the wheel was hot). I replaced the caliper with a new one but it didn't solve the problem. Does anyone have any idea what is causing the problem?
If the lines are going bad you will be getting rubber bits and parts in the system. Change the fluid. Was it a new caliper or rebuilt? Make sure you didnt kink/twist the new line.
