1990 corvette
I had this problem for a year car was driving fine then started acting up
first sounded like I had run out of fuel checked the fuel tank almost full no codes replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter ,spark plugs, checked all the fuses and still it wont start
I was messing with the fuses by accident left 1 of the 2 fuel injectors fuses out the car started but wen I put the fuse back in it died out
please any input will by appreciated

Hoping to "get lucky", I know.
With Corvettes, that's like hoping to get lucky with a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader
....likely ain;t gonna happen.
That's referred to as "throwing parts at a car".
You should take the time to buy the single most important part for that car that EVERY Corvette owner should have....a FSM set. It should be law. $100 and you would have saved that much in this one trip to the parts store.

YOUR cars current problem sounds like a shorted fuel injector. When you get your FSM read up on "bank-fired" EFI. To be brief, if a single injector shorts out the whole bank shorts out. So, by taking THAT fuse out, you ended the short that's flooding the engine with raw fuel, BUT you also killed off 4 injectors...it would start and run, barely.
1st, check your eng oil for gas. Shorted EFI often floods the eng with raw fuel. Gallons, not oz.
Pull the vac line off the fuel regulator and see if that's wet. Probably not but its easy and worth knowing.
To diagnose you need the FSM set, a fuel pressure test gauge, a NOID lite, spark tester and a cheap DVM,. and some basic metric tools.
KNOW what your fuel pressure is at key ON, idle, and as the engine revs. Know how long it takes for the base fuel pressure @ key ON to stand and fall with the eng off. Know how much it falls and how long it takes.
Know the ohms of the injectors cold AND after warm up.
Go back and d/c the battery for 10 seconds and try again. IF you have to pull that same fuse to get it to start, then start taking 1 injector clip/plug off at a time until you find the 1 that's behind the short. There MAY be a short in the harness as well...
