Setting Base Idle
Can anyone tell me what the procedure is for setting the base idle on a '93 LT1? There are instructions out there for early C4's where you disconnect the plug on the IAC, warm up, adjust the idle stop, and then re-connect the IAC.
I was trying to figure out how you get the IAC to close completely so the idle can be adjusted.
I was wondering if this was the same on a '93?
