Hail Caesar!
I use Mother's "Back to black" on a lot of stuff...interior and exterior. Their tire dressing doesn't "shine" and their interior trim restorer is the same. It just replenishes the vinyl.

Adams makes a product called In & Out Spray.
Covers the dash panel and the digi dash lenses with just the right amount of "finish"
Without the shiney glossy slippery look.
In & Out Linky

Seriously though, i use nothing, anything i put on there just winds up collecting a lot of dust and pollen, so i just use " fantastik "to clean it.

No dressing, on tires either these days.
Maybe some watered down windex and a rag on the dash

+1. Never put any shiny stuff on the dash. 26 years old and it still looks good. My C3 dash was still nice when i sold it, 19 years old.

I use Amorall, but I apply it to a microfiber and wipe it on, doesn't come out glossy, just clean.
