problem with cooling fan digital display
The last 2 times I took my car out I noticed that the display for the coolant temperature was jumping all over the place. From 176 to 205 to 191 etc. The other gauge held steady around 200. about a month ago I replaced the water pump and put a new cooling sensor in. This was the sensor that plugs into the water pump. I did not have any problems at first but now it seems to come on after driving it for a bit. It runs great though. what should I be looking at? I checked all the wiring, fuses, and connections and they all seem ok so maybe it is the new sensor. any ideas? Thanks

The 2 wire unit in the WP feeds the computer ( then to the digital temp gauge )
