Will Not Turn Off
A week or so ago I noticed that my alarm was arming itself intermittenly and setting it self off for what seemed to be no reason.
I do not know if this next problem is related but now when I open the door the radio does not shut off. If I turn it off with the dial the light in the radio still stays on. Any thoughts???

Make sure that the door switch is not sticking. It is just below the door latch, near the hatch release button. If it is sticking, the stero will not turn off becasue the car thinks the door was never open. I guess it could affect the alarm also.

I had the same problem, but in my case the switch in the hatch was bad.
I replaced it and it broke again, so I just unplugged it for now. The lights will still turn on with the switch, but when the hatch is open, they won't.
The alarm doesn't go off anymore at 3:30am for no reason, now that I know what caused it.

Mine stays on after the key is removed but still stays on after the door is open.
I did discover that their may be a problem with the door swich as suggested earlier. I noticed that when I open the drivers door the interior light does not come on but will when the passenger door is opened.
