Apparently 1 of your front calipers is not working. It happen to me when I was autoxing, my rear rotors were out of spec and the front was doing all the work.
Jack car up , see if wheel can be turned freely (unlikely )
Most likely the caliper is locked in the ON position.
Investigation needed
Caliper may need rebuilding (old age ) , may be a damaged flex line acting as a one way valve and not allowing the caliper to retract
Also sometimes my brike pedal will swoosh and go to the floor and still work if I press it hard. Also feels like im hitting the brakes on a warped rotor while driving, feels like I hit a bump every second repeatingly. Car drives much smoother when the brakes go to the floor board
