I have seen some posts that you will actually loose some. I know my bottom end with muffler eliminators isn't what it used to be but the awesome sound to me outweighs a little low end loss. I noticed that you have gutted cats in your signature, that would make it pretty loud too from what I have read.
Yep, it's loud. No cats and no mufflers is too loud. I'm just trying to figure out how to afford a set of cats right now to quiet mine up.
With my stroker, there isn't a noticable loss of torque, but then again, when i put cats back on, i may notice otherwise. I don't think you're going to lose much torque taking off mufflers. On a 350, cats and mufflers, you might notice. As for HP, i think you should gain some with the elims.
The pipes from cat back are very rusty so I have to put new pipes
anyway and I will prepare everything so that I can put mufflers back on
if it will be too loud or if it will be bad for performance.
I'm not worried about loudness, it doesn't boder me as long as it
brings HP.
