Pulling the lt1
Pulling out an lt1 in a 96, its just a question of does the wire loom that runs along the injectors have to be taken off? If so how? It wont budge for me and I don't see how it is being held down, If it doesn't come off where do the wires disconnect? does it come right from the ecu?

Remove the fuel rail covers, unplug each injector, then remove the studs that hold the fuel rail cover. They will be pointed and are in front of each set of injectors. I use a special socket wrench set, but you should be able to remove them with a wrench. Then you just pull the harness back out of the way.
