Default Tying to do "frisbee mod" need help
Sounds stupid...But....

How to I keep the pully from spinning while I try to remove the bolts :confused:

You need a helper to hold it while you get some short quick yanks on it to break the bolts loose.

my brother left the belt on to hold the pulley in place. then he used an air ratchet to break the bolts loose. he removed the belt after that, and took out the frisbee bolts by hand. off the frisbee came! then he reinstalled the bolts to hold on the water pump pulley, getting them finger tight. finally, he reinstalled the belt, and tightened the bolts further with the air ratchet. total time took about 5 minutes

or put a long screwdriver over /under bolts you arent loosening and hold it that way.
