What about the other blower speeds ?
Or do you just intend to have OFF and High speed ?

Your current blower switch has 4 positions; you won't get that in a toggle switch

I redid my dash and went to fighter jet switches. I hardly drive it in the rain but i got caught by a surprise shower and had to drive home in the rain with my head out the window....not fun

As shown in the diagram below ,
at the blower switch , connect the incoming yellow wire from the function switch to the outgoing orange wire
through your new toggle switch and delete any other wires.

(reworking the wiper is abit more complicated )

From the diagram , wiring the switch as I said will operate the stock Hi speed fan relay which must be used ,
unless you replace it with another relay
