Default Reprogramming PCM??????

Hi, I havent posted here in a while btu I have a few questions? Right now I have an 84 Monte Carlo SS. I am thinking of putting an LT1 in it. If I do this swap I will have to have the computer reprgrammed to eliminate the VATS key system, remove all the EGR junk, temp the fan kicks in, etc.

But what I dont know is this:
1. Right now I have a 700R4, but the LT1 uses the 4L60E which i know is an electronically controlled 700R4. When I have the PCM reprogrammed, can I have the company burn it so it eliminates the stuff for the 4L60E and allows me to use my regular 700R4 without a problem.

2. I saw at thuinder racing they have what they call 02 Sims. I was thinking if getting thses but they are $45 a piece. Instead of buying these when i have the computer chip burned can I have them burn it so it makes the computer think it has the o2 sensors? Thanks for any help.

I am pretty sure that the PCM is the same for either the A4 or M6, just the flash programming is different.
