Need help identifying parts

So here we have a '93 lt1 built by TPiS. This motor is said to make about 540hp. It has a vortech supercharger on it and a twelve injector intake. I cannot find any info on this intake. It has the usual eight injectors and it also has four (two on each side) very large injectors. No name is to be found anywhere on this intake. The other thing I need info on is this black box. The wires from the very large injectors are running to it. Must be some type of controller.

So does anyone have any idea who made this intake and if they made this injector control as well?

Sorry, yes I should have noted that I have contacted them and they said they keep the build sheets by name and I do not know who the motor was built for.
