Default Modine Radiator

My '85 has a Modine radiator. Is this an OEM rad? It seems to have a 1/4 turn pisscock which I cannot get any water to flow out of. Does it pop out or just the 1/4 turn and its clogged? I probly need to clean everything out anyway but after finishing the recent head job I am not wanting a major project at this time. Its too dam hot here and I work outside anyway so just tired of sweatin my ***** off. When I am not workin I hide in the A/C as much as possible.

Thanks!

OK different track. Anybody deal with 1/4 turn petcocks? I assume there is a hole in the bottom? Anybody removed one?

Sounds like the valve port is plugged.
Can you remove the valve?
Then clean or replace with new

OEM radiators mfgr by Delco.
Most likely the PO replaced.

Some of the 1/4 turn petcocks need to be pulled out slightly. Wriggle it around after turning it and see if it will loosen up.

I guess I will have to pull the radiator and see. I flushed everything pretty well so its clean but need to get distilled water in now. Tried to pull the LH drain plug on the block but no luck. Also going to get a new knock sensor and do that this weekend hopefully.
