You REALLY need the FSM to see how.
There are BUNCHES of screws and many are adjustments for the seam alignment. The FSM has detail on this. Lift your hood and look at the rows of screws/bolts on the front facia retainers...some of those matter. Others are inside.
It this the result of body work or accident? These sometimes warp and are more difficult to pull in again but I have heard that it can be done.
