C4 Front Air Dam Replacement
I bought the three piece kit from Mid America and installed it but he end pieces do not fit very well at all. They need to be more rounded. Do I need to leave them in the sun for awhile to be flexible or Is their mold just junk? Is there a better place to by them??

Are they cheap pieces of $hit made in China?If so thats your problem.Find OEM if you can.

It may be but if you dig far enough you will find it.Theres a part number on the stock part,Google the number and go from there.Any G.M. dealer can do a dealer search for the part to see if any dealers have the part on their shelf.It may take awhile but if you look long enough you will find it.Check out Jim Butler Chevrolets Ebay listings.One other thing to think about,how much are you willing to pay for the part?

I bought the same set a few months ago and had a fit problem. I let them sit in the sun for about 45 minutes and was able to correct the fit.
It may work for yours if they are from the same supplier that Mid America got mine from.

I had the same problem with crappy fit, so bad heat didn't help.
Had to trim the back lip with a band saw and put a few relief cuts, to get enough flex to make it fit.
Figured it is going to get torn up and replaced again anyway.
