Default Lower Vacuum Line on TB????

I think I may have a vacuum leak somewhere in the line from the lower line into the TB to the canister up in the driver side nose of the vehicle. What does this vacuum attach to and what is its function??? O.K. to disconnect and cap or does the car need it to function properly??? Thanks Again for the info in advance...........

The one on the bottom of the passenger side, or the one on the very bottom/center of it?

Lower passenger = Canister Purge
Bottom Center = Canister & Branches off to EGR solenoid.

the lower line on the passenger side of the throttle body..........
But, if thats not where my leak is, anywhere else that I should look first???
I already checked the brake booster, fuel pressure regulator and the line right nest to the fuel pressure regulator. Removing those lines and plugging them off did not correct the problem......
