You may not need any gaskets. I used to take my Tb's apart a lot, and the gaskets worked fine for a long time. Only after taking them apart MANY times, did I finally need to get new gaskets.
Check to make sure you don't see sparks from the plug wires arcing to the engine,
Make sure anti seize has NOT been used or it will cause a misfire.
Make sure the correct plugs and wires are in there ie: not the platinum ones, the stock plugs have ridges as do the oe wires to prevent misfires, aftermarket wires and platinum plugs do not, and wind up causing misfires after a few months.
I am trying to get a 1988 Corvette TPI Engine running that i installed in a 1966 Nova.Mine is running really rough when cold, but will run somewhat better after warmup. Was thinking it could be a injector leaking causing it to foul a plug.Did a fuel pressure test with engine OFF and it dropped about 10psi in about 35 Minutes.Didn't know if that was acceptable or not.Saw your statement about Anti Seize and yes i did use some on my plugs.I will surely take them out and clean them real good.Wouldn't that be something if that was some of my problems.
