Purchased a new compressor for my C4 but when I got ready to plug it up realized the plugs were different not sure to correct this problem especially since I dont have the original compressor
You don't mention year of car, source of the compressor and both are relevant! If the compressor was in Internet purchase and now that it's installed how will the vendor treat the problem? Who knows. If it was a local buy that could change!
If the compressor is a "fit" then it might make more sense to just match the compressor connector to an off the shelf "pig-tail" and move on. If you start whacking at the compressor end then that might be the end of the warranty if it was purchased with one.
What year and the source?
An ACD PT1357 might be a good start. Shop that local with NAPA and the A-chains to see what happens. That's for most later GM compressors so I might start there.
