two fusible links. Both Red wires.
Connector C1 are the four wires for the motors.
Connector C2 Pin A Yellow wire is Hot when headlight switch is in Head.
(Headlight buckets should open).
Connector C2 Pin C White wire is Hot when the headlight switch is Off.
(Headlight buckets should close).
Connector C2 Pin D is ground.
Thanks for the toggle switch and hand crank ideas also but my goal is to get everything working like the factory sent it out.
Next is the power release for rear glass.
is splced at S120 to a bunch of other ground wires.
All of the following items are grounded by G115.
LH, RH horns
LH, RH headlight bulbs
LH, RH cornering bulbs
LH, RH parking and turn signal bulbs
LH, RH underhood courtesy lamps
Headlight control module
Cruise control servo
If all of the above work ground point G115 is good.
Take a piece of wire attach one end to the negative battery cable.
splice the other end to Pin D Black wire and see if the headlight
control module works.
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
Tested headlight relay good ground at d power at both red wires and power to yellow and white when switch is turned on and off no power going out of relay. Must be bad relay. Thanks again. Anyone know of good supplier for headlight relay.
Next problem, power release for rear glass does not work.
Link listed below.
I think GM discontinued the part but it is available from other sources such
as Corvette Central. The GM part number is 16510537 used on 88-96 Corvettes.
New module goes for $150.00.
As for the rear hatch solenoid problem if you don't hear the solenoid activate
but hear a faint click from the relay you can test the solenoid at the connector
plug. The picture in the link shows the cable that is tucked in back of the interior
rear carpet.
You pull on the cable to manually open the rear hatch. To gain access to the relay and solenoid you need
to remove the rear hatch center trim panel.

This thread shows the repair of the ground for the solenoid if you have 12 volts
at the solenoid but it doesn't activate or it sounds weak.

Took it out for a cruise and the car is running strong. Two new items brake pedal is very hard and AC and blower motor are on high every time I start the car.

They are made of plastic and hair line cracks cause them to leak.
If you unplug the vacuum hose going to it and use a hand held
vacuum pump, vacuum should hold. Press the brake pedal should
release the vacuum. At the input where the vacuum hose there is also a one way check valve.
If it is a crack, some people use epoxy to repair the crack or you can replace the booster with a aftermarket one that has a metal housing.
Which AC system do you have?
C60 manual AC uses resistors and a relay to change voltage to the blower motor. C68 auto climate control uses a blower motor control
module.
Can you manually turn the blower motor off and can you manually
control the blower motor speed?
Here's a a thread with a picture of a cracked booster. Normally
the cracks are hair line in size.
