84 Targa Top Question
I have recently purchased an 84 Corvette with a glass top. The glass top is broke and I am in the market for buying a new one. I recently found one from a 94 Corvette for sale. I know about the different mounting hardware between the years. My main question is can you move the hardware on the 94 top to align with the 84 style?? I have seen where you can buy different hardware for the a pillar and new plastic around the review mirrors and sun visors. Mine has the cone alignment hardware. I believe the bolt will do just fine. I am just trying to figure out if you can move the hardware on the 94 top over (without hacking it up) to align for the 84 style bolt?? I also have read were the bolt might be two short?? But you can always get a longer bolt. Thanks in advance

Find a salvage yard or ebay. Buy the brackets and plastic interior piece. The two plastic pieces that cover the brackets as well. Have some patience and get to work. Not too difficult if I can do it you can. You are looking at $100 max with shipping. Change those sunvisors while you are at it if they are damaged.
