After fixing my FX3, I wanted to check the controller and discovered the damm thing was real hot. Turns out the the inboard wall it mounts to (in the back compartment behind the drivers seat) gets hot to the touch after a long run. Checking the other side, the same holds true there as well.
The exhaust is too low to cause this heat. The only thing near it is the differential. Is it possible that it throws off enough heat to make the inside walls of both compartments hot to the touch ??
Rear fluids are ok.
Is this one of those normal (quirky) things for a C4 ? :confused:
