Rear hatch problems
OK, I'm having a problem with my rear hatch releasing. It seems that the glass is getting stuck to the weatherstripping.
Any suggestions for cleaning and lubricating the weatherstriping so it doesn't stick?

If you're sure it's only sticking to the weatherstrip, I'd clean the rubber off real good with Meguiar's vinyl/rubber cleaner, clean the glass very good, then check to see that you don't have another problem.

Clean the weather stripping, apply a liberal coating of GM weather strip conditioner and then wipe away all exces.
Also clean the glass thoroughly.
Otherwise there is some binding or the risers are too weak.
