Well, like everyone suggested, the 2nd time around was much faster. I had all the AC crap and the water pump off within 30 minutes. Plus it wasnt nearly as hot outside today. I did find what probably is the main source for my 2nd leak. It would appear that the metal line that's designed to route coolant to the oil filter housing to help cool the oil has been rubbing on the frame and jusr wore through the line. Looks like where it was supposed to be attached to the bolt on the oil pan was not used and it was just allowed to hang there.
Question here is....
Should I just cut that line after the hole and use a longer heater hose? I dont have access to a lift so replacing the entire thing is not possible. This doesnt look like a high pressure line. If I had a digicam, Id take some pics, but I dont. What do ya'll think?

Re: Water Pump (65Z01)
I think he is talking about the aluminun tube that runs from the fluid to fluid heat exchanger to the the heater hose line. That aluminum line is still available and is a full length, pre-bent tube.
I put it in, no lift necessary. It is a little interesting getting it snaked into place, but can be done w/o bending it and only on jack stands. You do need to get the nuts free from the extended oil pan bolts. I found out that all of my oil pan bolts were not as tight as spec, so torqued everything down while I was there.
Hard part is getting the heater hose back on that tube. I forget how I did it w/o messing up the oil pan mounting brackets, but I think I had to wedge / build in some kind of support for the pipe.
Hehe. I didnt have the patience nor do I have a jack/ramps. Stoopid apt complex parking lot. I took a hack saw to it and just it just after the hole. Im going to go to AutoZone and just get a longer piece of heater hose/clamp and be done with it. It should hold just fine. If I can get a hold of a digicam, Ill try to take a pic of the part and the hole.
At some point, I will order the part from GM and redo it, since removing the AC bracket has become second to nature the 3rdd time around.
Thanks again for the suggestions. Like the sig says, Im getting there....slowly.
Fixed. Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I had to rebuild the metal line with heater hose and various connectors, but it did the trick. No more leaks. Thanks again.
