C4 front suspension technical information

my name is jean-francois
i dont own a corvette but a old 75 camaro
i plan to modify my front suspension with the c4 front suspension
here is my question:
1. DO IT HAVE ANY DIMENSIONAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 84-87 AND THE 88UP FRONT SUSPENSION?
As far as i know:
- the brake diameter is different, bigger on the 88up
- the 88up caliper have 2 pistons vs one for the 84-87
- the hub to hub distance is 59" on the 84-87 and 60,5" on the 88up
- the front frame look to be the same width dimension at 27,5" outside and 26" inside
- the 84-87 have 16x8,5 wheels and the 88up 17x9,5 wheels
-- If my information is good, the 88up arm are 0,75" longer?
2. DO IT HAVE ANY TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT BETWEEN THESE 2 FRONT SUSPENSION?
3. HOW EASY TO UPGRADE THE 84-87 WITH THE BIGGER BRAKE? I mean do it need new caliper, or caliper braket?
