leaking injectors?
how long should you hold 39lbs of pressure after you turn the key off? mine went down to26lbs after 8 or so mins also having trouble starting when hot sometimes it will not start at all and have to wait 3 hours then it will start fine does this sound like bad injectors?

That's a typical symptom of leaking injectors, but could be due to a problem with the fuel pump check valve or regulator.
Rich at Cruzin Performance (link on my site) has a terrific injector reconditioning service. The cost is $10/injector plus shipping and shop time is 48hrs. He can now service the cold start injector too.
After he reconditioned and flow matched (a little extra) my injectors my warm start problem was gone.
