Having given up on finding a valve cover emblem for my krinkle coat valvecovers, I've got a better idea but don't know how to execute it:
Picture a 2 1/4" piece of round aluminum billet with '383' on the upper third, using a font like the Earnhard(s) use(d) on thier cars, behind the crossed corvette flags, with Ser. #000001 beneath.
Only question is: who can do it, and what kind of data file would they need? I can get access to AutoCad in a pinch, but would be much happier if they could whip it up.
Hi,
It would be cheaper for you if you did all the layout and gave it to a cnc shop in .DXF or .IGES file format .also the more of them you make the cheaper the $ per part would be.
If you can't find any one local, feel free to drop me an e-mail.
