How did you determine there was no power to your fuse? Are you using a DVM or test light? If yes, try and see what color the incoming wire is and trace it back to the main battery lead. If you have a Factory Service Manual (FSM) find the proper color wire there and where the power actually comes from. If you dont have one it is probly the most important tool you can have if you are planning to do your own trouble shooting and wrenching. I know I am not really helping your immediate need but hopefully someone who has an FSM for your '92 will chime in. Good luck and hope you figure it out!
