I will be lowering my '94 Sat and getting an alignment Mon. I do a lot of autocrossing, but still drive it on the street mostly. What do you guys suggest having the alignment set to? Stock settings? Little more camber?
The Pilot Sports don't come cheap, so I don't want to destroy the edges of them, but I would like a little better "lean" to the tires for autocrossing.

Try the Vette Brakes "advanced street" aligment (in my sig). You can find this and more of aligment specs + descriptions on their web site http://<a href="http://www.vettebrak...brakes.com</a> Go to "shop online" and choose catalogue page 6.
It might be smart to start with "advanced street" which is still fine on the street and then add some neg camber when you race.
In a word, yes, you have to realign it. Lowering it will give you more negative camber. It will also screw up your toe setting, I can't remember which way.
On the alignment part. I'm not going to lower my car but I was interested in the advanced street alignment cause I'm do for an alignment. I do a lot of highway driving. Someone told me the advanced street or basically anything that gets into negative camber cause driveability problems on the highway. Have any of you experienced that?

I don't think that negative "Camber" affects highway driving much (less than 1 deg.) but having any "Toe out" most definatly will.
I'd stick with around 1/16" toe IN per side (1/8" total toe in) If I did a lot of highway driving. 0" toe tends to wander and follow ruts a little bit. Not real bad or anything, but enough to become a hassle eventually.
0.50 to 0.75deg. neg. camber on both the front and rear really doesn't make it drive bad on the highway. (IMHO)
