For once. Not about my C4. On my truck I made the unholy mistake of getting wax on my vinyl trim. As my beautiful significant other would say.
I have spent about a hundred bucks on various plastic/vinyl trim cleaners and coatings. All of them look make trim look great....for about 4 minutes. Then the waxed areas return with a vengeance!
Is there anything out there that may not be available at local auto stores that can remove this wax from my vinyl trim once and for all?
Thanks
Joe

What kind of wax did you use? I've never had that issue on any of my vehicles. Give Dawn Dish Soap a try!

Maybe try a Wax Remover that auto-body shops would use in paint prep.

This stuff will take it off, unless you used a NASA grade wax/polish. You can get it at Dollar General for a few bucks.

That stuff is great for cleaning white leather tennis shoes etc as well. But the bad news is, at least what my local Dollar General Store told me, They quit selling it.

WD 40? Pretty much dissolves any petroleum based product, Doesnt hurt paint and leaves a nice shine.
