Default '84 C4 tranny question

I'm looking for technical support for a cross-fired '84 vette.

The vehicle showed up at the shop with the cross-fire long gone and a carbed small block with a turbo 350 installed.

The problem is the trans mount. To call it an abortion would be grossly understating. We do custom exhaust here in New Orleans. But, the existing mount has to go before we can proceed.

Am I safe in assuming that installing a turbo 350 in the C4 has been done before? We could handle making a new mount. But, why re-invent the wheel if a part can be ordered; freeing us up to work on other projects?

Does anyone know; are there any kits available or threads documenting the process?

Thanks

....... Is the original C-beam still in place ? ... if so , the easiest way to do this would be to bolt a Corvette tail housing from a 700R4 on to the TH350 ......... I looked in to doing this for Drag Racing purposes and was going to use the base of the TH350 tail as a spacer by machining off the "funnel" and machine in the proper relief for the line-up lip on the trans side of the tail housing mounting surface ... you'll know what I'm talking about when you pull the tail housing off .........
